Etinan is mostly an agrarian society with vast land space for investment in agriculture. From the biosterious Etinan community, to the bubbling town of Mbioto 2 and the quiet community of Expeneobom, lies beautiful green land for cultivation of different crops.
For agricultural and industrial purposes, this vast land can be used for cultivation of palm fruit plantation which may result in setting up of palm fruit mill where palm oil is extracted in commercial quantity.
